˚ʚ♡ɞ˚ Terms of Service

･To request an order, contact me on Instagram or Discord.･The payment method will be PayPal or Wise.･Payment is made with 50% at the start of the order. The remaining payment must be made before the high-quality final file is sent.･The client must provide references (pose images, character references, etc.)･I only make simple backgrounds for now. Over time, I’ll improve with more detailed backgrounds.･If you want any changes or additions to the art, request them during the sketch process.･The client is entitled to up to 3 free changes during the Lineart process. If you want more changes, there will be an additional cost for each change.･Removal of my signature is not allowed.･Please don’t rush me to finish your order faster. If you need the artwork sooner than the set timeframe, an extra rush fee will be charged depending on the complexity and the waitlist.･If you want to keep the artwork confidential, we can talk about it. Otherwise, I can use the artworks for my portfolio, post them on my social media, etc.･I usually take at least two weeks to a month to finish, and for bigger requests, it might take longer, especially with personal matters.･The order will be sent via email. The file will be in PNG format.
･If the order is canceled, or if the client cancels, I will refund 100% of the amount.
･If the client cancels the order during the drawing process, I will refund 30%.
･If there's a cancellation after the artwork is finished, there will be no refund.
･I won’t allow my art to be used in AI or traced over.
･If you want to use my art commercially, please get in touch for negotiation.
